Okay, I have made the first official page of the 2010 scrapbook. This page has some journaling on it, but before my mom and step-dad left Lubbock for the Show Me State, we got together for the last family gathering. Mother and Jim had this enchilada soup at Jim's daughter's (DeeDee) house. It was so good Mother wanted to try and make it for us. That day, they were getting a sleep number mattress put in their home on wheels. Apparently Mother has been having trouble sleeping. Anyway they had to do all kinds of rigging to get it installed and then the control on one side did not work! What a pain. We still had to go to the grocery store to pick up supplies but Mother left her purse at the trailer. We picked it up then forgot the chicken she had pre-cooked. Finally we made it to Wal Mart for groceries then out to Lisa's to cook. It was all worth it because it was YUMMY!I used the page sets, Home Sweet Home and Football Party. I didn't particulary like Home Sweet Home after I made it, but it looks rather good here. Just goes to show you that you can never tell what is going to look good until you get going.
